Even though this was a brand-new home in Brampton, the concrete garage and front porch were already vulnerable. The surface was dusty, porous, and beginning to absorb moisture and contaminants, as seen in the visible liquid penetration on the floor. Without protection, this type of concrete quickly deteriorates - leading to staining, cracking, and long-term damage from salt, water, and temperature fluctuations common in Ontario. Left untreated, the homeowner would face ongoing maintenance issues and a shortened lifespan of the concrete.

We mechanically prepared the surface through diamond grinding to remove weak laitance and ensure proper adhesion. After repairing imperfections, we installed a full flake epoxy system followed by a durable polyaspartic topcoat. This created a seamless, non-porous, and slip-resistant surface designed to handle heavy use, moisture, and harsh weather conditions. The result is a clean, modern finish that not only enhances the look of the garage and porch but also protects the concrete for years to come with minimal maintenance.
